1. General
Depending on stock levels. We make every effort to have up-to-date stock counts on our website, but occasionally there may be an error and we won’t be able to fulfill all of your orders at the time of purchase. In that case, we will send the products that we have in our stock and contact you to ask if you would rather wait for the product to be restocked or have a refund issued.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are estimated during checkout based on the dimensions, weight capacity, and location of the products in the order. Shipping payments will be collected with the product purchase. The product’s price will be the final price for shipping costs to the customer.

3. Returns
Returns due to change of choice – Our company will gladly accept returns due to change of mind as long as a return request is received by us within 3 days of receiving the product and is returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in its previously resalable condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer, who must arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, the refund will be processed as store credit for a future purchase. We will inform you once the process has been completed successfully through email. We will refund the product’s value but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.
Warranty Returns – We will gladly honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 2 years of receipt of products. The customers will be asked to pay the return shipping in advance; however, we’ll reimburse you upon successful warranty claims. Upon return receipt of products for a warranty claim, you can expect us to process your warranty within 15 days. Once the warranty claim is verified, you will receive the option of:

      • Refund to your payment method
      • Refund in-store credit
      • A replacement product sent to you (if the product is available)

4. Delivery Terms

  • Transit time domestically – Normally, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 to 5 days.
  • Dispatch Time – Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Our warehouse functions from Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, when the location will be closed. In these instances, we take the necessary steps to make sure shipping delays are kept to a minimum.
  • Change of the delivery address – For a modification to a delivery address request, we are able to modify the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
  • Products are out of stock – If a product gets out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock products instantly and send the remaining products once they return to stock.
  • Delivery time exceeded – If the time of delivery has surpassed the expected time, kindly get connected with us so that we might seek to resolve the issue.

7. Duties and Taxes
Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the product rates as displayed on our official site.

8. Cancellations
If you change your mind after receiving your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, kindly refer to our refund policy to get more information about the ensuing process.

9. Insurance
Parcels are insured as per the request from the buyer’s side.

      • Process for parcels damaged in transit – We will process a replacement or a refund as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
      • Process for parcels lost in transit – We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an examination and deemed the parcel lost.
