Return and Refund Policy

A product may be returned for exchange (or refund, if allowed) within 3 days (from the date of the invoice), provided that it is new and in an unused condition. It must be entirely complete, including all parts, manuals, and undamaged packing, just as it was sent, and it must be suitable for resale. We apologize, but “used” or “installed” products are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

All returns require prior authorization (please call us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions). The return must be received within 14 days of being permitted, and we recommend that sufficient shipping insurance be arranged because we are not liable for any loss or damage to a returned product.

Failure to request a return within 3 days (from the date of the invoice), excluding warranty claims, shall be regarded as permanent acceptance of the product. If you try to return a product without having a valid RMA number prominently displayed on the shipping carton, your attempt will be refused, and your product will be sent back to you at your expense.

To prevent damage, each return must be sent in its own special shipping carton with the proper materials. A product listed on our website that is described anywhere as “special order,” “non-returnable,” “non-refundable,” or “custom”—including the specifications—is not eligible for a refund.

Swaaadle Solar Bricks does not organize or cover the shipping of any returned product, including any insurance or packaging charges; therefore, shipping costs are not refunded. The only exception is if we accidentally shipped the wrong product, in which case we will set up pre-paid return shipping.

For warranty fixes, a technical fee may be charged for the examination, handling, and return shipping of a product that is returned and stated to be “faulty,” but no issues have been discovered. Regardless of the reason for the return, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to and from an international address.

If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Unused returns that are granted a refund are subject to a certain restocking fee. Shipments that have been refused, orders that have been cancelled after being shipped, and shipments that have not been delivered are all subject to the restocking fee.

Refunds are typically processed and credited to the original payment method within 30 business days of the day the product was returned. This implies that if you made your purchase using a specific credit card, your refund will also be applied to that card.

Gift cards or store credits are not available from us. When a customer violates our Terms, Conditions, and Policies, we reserve the right to reject any non-compliant return and ship the product back to the customer (at the customer’s expense), rejecting the repair, replacement, exchange, or refund. The installation and/or re-installation of any product or any other resulting loss are not our responsibility in any manner, either financially or otherwise.

If a product comes with a manufacturer’s warranty, you might have to get in touch with them personally if something goes wrong. You must adhere to the manufacturer’s instructions while making a warranty claim. Only a small number of the products are non-returnable.

Return and Exchange Conditions
Products returned without authorization will not be taken back by us.
Products must be returned 3 days after you receive them.
All products must be in the same condition that you received them, with tags, and in their original packaging. In addition, you must also have the receipt or proof of purchase attached to it.
When returning or exchanging products, customers must utilize a proper shipping method that offers tracking details.

General return process
Initiating a return: To start a return, send us an email at admin@swaaadletech.com with relevant product images and your order number. Within 2 business days, a member of our customer service team will decide whether your return request qualifies.
Ship the product back: If your return is approved from the company’s side, we’ll give you the return address and specific directions for sending your products. We advise you to use a shipping option that includes tracking information and requires a signature for your return or exchange because we cannot be held liable for anything that is lost in transit.
Refund or exchange: We will evaluate the returned or exchanged product in 7 working days after receiving it, at which point we will either give a replacement for an exchange or a refund.
∙Return Charges: If the return is the result of our error, we will reimburse you the entire amount. If the return is the result of the customer’s error, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs.

Refunds
Once the return is received and examined, our team members will let you know whether your refund was approved or denied. If you are accepted, the refund will be given to your original payment method within 30 business days. Then get in touch with your bank or credit card provider.
